The problem

Oxidative stress and low-grade inflammation build quietly for decades. They are the background process behind most of what we call aging.

Resveratrol is a polyphenol plants produce under stress, best known from red wine and concentrated here from Japanese knotweed root. Each serving delivers 600mg standardized to 50% resveratrol. It activates sirtuins, the repair enzymes that also depend on NAD+, which is why it sits next to NMN and NAD+ in the stack.

Resveratrol is where the modern longevity field started, and it has had a complicated twenty years since. Cell and animal research on sirtuin activation and metabolic health is extensive. Human trials have been mixed, and results swing with dose, population and absorption, which is poor without fat. We carry it because the mechanism is real and it completes the NAD+ pathway stack, not because the human outcome data is settled. Anyone telling you it is settled is selling something.

Best for: People already running NMN or NAD+ who want the polyphenol side of the pathway covered, and anyone building a broader antioxidant base.

Not for: Anyone on blood thinners, since resveratrol has a mild anticoagulant effect. It can also interfere with medications processed by the liver, so check with your doctor if you take any. Not recommended during pregnancy.

One serving daily with a meal that contains fat. Absorption is the weak point with resveratrol and fat improves it meaningfully. Taking it in the morning alongside NMN is the common protocol.

Standardized to 50% trans-resveratrol from Polygonum cuspidatum (Japanese knotweed) root. Manufactured in a US-based, cGMP-certified facility and third-party tested. Certificate of analysis available on request.
